C&C Policy
- There is a $10 minimum charge required for all card transactions.
- Please inform our staff if you are diabetic, have an infection, or are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
- Rasps (cheese graters) and any type of razor are prohibited by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology.
- We do not offer refunds or credit notes. However, we do offer a 3-day guarantee for nail repairs.
- We are not responsible for any items lost, left behind, or damaged during services. Any items left after 7 days will be donated to a local charity.
- Please look after your children, as we will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents.
- Please confirm the length of nail tips and prices with your technician before receiving service. Prices are also available on our menu.
- Please be courteous to others and arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment time. If you cannot make your appointment, please call in advance.
- Please use earphones when talking on the phone or listening to music.

NOTICE
- All services shall only be performed on an intact, healthy scalp, skin, and nails.
- Customers should not shave their legs on the same day as receiving pedicure services to reduce the risk of infection.
- Razor-like implements, such as a credo blade, shall not be used. To reduce the chance of injury or infection, licensees shall not use any razor-type callus shavers designed to cut skin growths such as corns or calluses (e.g., credo blades).
- To prevent the spread of bacteria, pumice stones shall not be reused from one customer to another.
- No pets allowed. Only guide dogs and service dogs are permitted in the facility.
